Nyello 👋 I’m NightAuctor onsite, AKA a-flyleaf here on GitHub and over on deviantArt, and this is my first year doing ArtFight; might not attack often but here for a good time B) My main goal is to draw for people; no obligation to attack back!
…buuut if you do, I wanna see how you interpret the designs, and do not care about accuracy to the reference. chose loosely-defined characters for this on purpose ;V

Art Usage
TL;DR Do what you want with my attacks, just link back! I’d like to share yours here too, but will ask first.
- Feel free to do whatever you want with my attacks for you, including edits and/or reuploads to compilation galleries like Toyhou.se! Just credit me as the original artist, preferably through deviantART.
- Likewise, I reserve the right to post attacks on my own platforms (currently only dA and here, my website).
- I’d also like to display art for me on this page, when the event’s done! If you haven’t indicated permissions on your profile, expect me to ask in a comment or message. I credit and link back to the original whenever possible, with a preference for public profiles (aka not ArtFight, since it’s nigh-inaccessible to guests); if you have multiple links, I’ll likely credit them all unless you indicate otherwise.
- Alternatively, if you don’t want a piece reposted for any reason (no need to disclose why), please let me know! I’ll make sure I have explicit confirmation to rehost anything here before actually doing so. Character thumbnails link to ArtFight pages, so users can still see art that isn’t displayed here.
Character “Permissions”
TL;DR I would prefer not to see
- realistic gore, or guts in general;
- nudity or suggestive content; or
- strobe-y animations
but otherwise just follow your funky littl heart 👌
List below is based on ArtFight’s Maturity Rating Guide (as of June 25), plus other things I see around a lot.
- additional characters: hell yea; with yours, with others’, in mass attacks, s’all good
- design modifications: non-eyedropped colors, outfit changes, and any other changes wholly welcome
- characterization: there are vague notes in some profiles so sticking to the spirit of that would be rad, but really, go ham
- body horror & gore: most of these are fine, but I’m kinda grossed-out by guts/innards (any style), nail trauma, and anything realistic
- nudity & sexual themes: eh nah please don’t, unless it’s some kind of lighthearted joke or meme ig??
- eyestrain: hell yes I love bright/weird colors! only exception is rapid flashing and/or strobe effects, those kill my eyes
- other filters: anything goes tbh; I don’t take these characters too seriously, but if a dark idea grabs your muse I’m not gonna stop ya
In general, I don’t care how my characters are drawn, hence “permissions” in air quotes and the emphasis on “would prefer not to see” (as opposed to “not allowed to draw”). Consider this a list of personal preferences; if you wanna draw something hardcore gory or suggestive or flashy of my characters then go for it, I don’t judge—I just don’t want to receive it :V

If you’re reading this in any other context…
For those unaware, Art Fight is a month-long art trading competition, based around drawing other participants’ characters. I first heard about it years ago and have been dragging my heels on jumping in, for various reasons which I may or may not write a blog post about, but in 2021 I finally decided to take the plunge.
Predictably, though, I don’t care for the site’s formatting. And I’m vaguely aware it’s prone to downtime, especially in the first few days. So what the heck, figured I’d post everything on my own site, both for utility and long-term archival. Thus, here we are!
